Dr Swee Yong Peng is a Singaporean Family Physician and TCM specialist with over 30 years of experience across healthcare management, clinical practice, and integrative medicine.
Qualifications & Clinical Experience
Trained in both Western medicine and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Dr Swee holds an MBBS from the National University of Singapore, a Master’s in TCM from Nanjing University, and a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine.
He has held senior leadership roles across Asia, including serving as CEO of Parkway Group’s China Division, where he expanded operations to 12 medical centres with 400 staff and spearheaded joint-venture hospitals in Shanghai, Chengdu, and Nanjing. Previously, as CEO of Parkway Shenton, he oversaw 60 clinics and 300 staff.
Areas of Interest & Care Philosophy
Dr Swee’s work reflects a strong commitment to integrative healthcare, combining the strengths of Western medicine and TCM to support holistic, patient-centred care.
Beyond clinical practice, he has contributed actively to medical education, professional leadership, and community care. He served as Adjunct Professor at Duke-NUS from 2008 to 2017, and as Vice Chairman of the Singapore TCM Association. He is also the long-serving President of Kampong Senang, a charity supporting the elderly and disabled. In 2015, he received the Shanghai Magnolia Award in recognition of his contributions.

She also has experience supporting patients in women’s health, children’s health, and pain management.

She graduated with a Master’s Degree in TCM Internal Medicine from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine, and holds a Double Degree with Honours in Biomedical Science and Chinese Medicine.
Clinically trained full-time in both Beijing and Singapore, Shu Yun brings a well-rounded perspective that integrates classical TCM principles with modern clinical practice. Her training provides her with a strong foundation in both traditional Chinese medicine and biomedical sciences, enabling her to deliver holistic and evidence-informed patient care.

Qualifications & Clinical Experience
She graduated in 2012 with a Double Degree with Honours in Biomedical Science and Chinese Medicine, after completing a five-year full-time programme conducted across Singapore and Beijing, China. Her training provides her with a strong foundation in both traditional Chinese medicine principles and biomedical sciences.
Jocelyn has experience supporting patients across a range of health concerns, including musculoskeletal pain, digestive disorders, stress-related conditions, women’s health, and children’s health.

She holds a Bachelor of Medicine in Chinese Medicine from Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine. Her interest in TCM began through her own journey of seeking alternative remedies for a chronic allergy condition, where she experienced gradual improvement through Chinese medicine and acupuncture.
This personal experience inspired her to pursue the study and practice of TCM, and continues to shape her holistic approach to patient care. As a fully registered TCM physician with the TCM Practitioners Board, Singapore, and a member of the Singapore Chinese Physicians’ Association, Sok Koon brings both professional training and a strong personal passion to her practice.

Her key areas of interest include fertility support, confinement care, urinary disorders, pain management, mental wellness, and paediatric care.
