SYNERGY may collect the following personal data from this Website:

   3. health-related information (such as medical symptoms, medical conditions, health history and medical diagnosis) submitted by you.

B. How Is Personal Data Collected Used

SYNERGY’s primary goal in collecting your personal data is to serve you better. This includes:

1. 1. using your personal data to communicate with you, including to respond to your queries complaints, comments or requests;
   2. contacting you for feedback after the provision of SYNERGY’s Online Services; or
   3. contacting you regarding your appointment request.

Where required by law, SYNERGY shall comply with the ‘Do Not Call’ provisions under the PDPA and its associated regulations. SYNERGY shall not send marketing messages to telephone numbers registered with the applicable ‘Do Not Call’ registry unless SYNERGY has obtained the requisite consent or is otherwise permitted by law to do so.

C. Disclosure of Information

SYNERGY will not sell your personal data to third parties. You agree that SYNERGY may disclose or share your personal data with third parties who provide necessary services to SYNERGY, such as:

When transferring your personal data to a country or territory outside of Singapore, SYNERGY will protect your personal data to a standard comparable to the protection accorded to your personal data under the PDPA by ensuring that the recipient is either: (a) in a jurisdiction which has comparable data protection laws; or (b) is contractually bound by legally enforceable obligations to provide a standard of protection comparable to that required under the PDPA.

D. Security

While precautions will be taken to ensure that the information you provide is protected against unauthorised or unintended access, SYNERGY shall not be held responsible for unauthorised or unintended access that is beyond SYNERGY’s control. Access to appointment information will be restricted to authorised persons who require such access for the relevant purposes.

E. Retention of Personal Data

SYNERGY will retain your personal data only for as long as it is reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable law. Personal data that is no longer required for such purposes will be securely destroyed, deleted or anonymised.
